Obzerv.ai is owned and operated by Cosmos89 LLC. We provide AI-powered tools to help educators transform classroom observation notes into professional reports aligned with educational frameworks like Danielson.

USING OUR SERVICE

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You must be an educator or administrator to use our service
One person per account (unless you have a team/school plan)

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service only for legitimate educational observation purposes
Keep student information out of your observation notes when possible
Not share your account with others
Not try to hack or damage our service
Not upload anything illegal or inappropriate

Your Observation Data

You own the observation notes you put into our system
We can use your data to provide the service (generate reports, save your history)
We won't share your observation data with others except as described in our Privacy Policy
You can export your data anytime and delete your account if you want

Data Breaches

LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Service Limitations

Our AI generates suggestions, not final evaluations
You should always review and edit generated reports
We're not responsible for how you use our reports in personnel decisions

Legal Limits

We can't be liable for more than what you paid us in the last 12 months

TERMINATION

How Accounts End

Closed accounts: We delete your data 30 days after account closure
